West Norfolk Befriending takes very seriously the safety of all clients, volunteers, staff and supporters.

All clients receive a choice of face to face visits or telephone calls post assessment. Our volunteers can choose to do face to face visits, telephone calls or both. The safety of our clients, volunteers and staff remain our highest priority

If you have an appointment booked and feel unwell prior, during or after a visit please contact the office to let them know. No team member will visit if they have symptoms of an illness that could affect your safety.
